Launchpad SW is a community interest company supporting adults with learning disabilities through employment, training and social opportunities. As the organisation expanded, they needed a website that better reflected their impact while making it easier to promote services, sell products and accept donations.

Challenge
The previous website no longer met the needs of the organisation. Information was difficult to navigate, fundraising opportunities were limited, and there was no flexible way to promote products made by the people they support. The new website also needed to be easy for the Launchpad team to manage themselves.
Solution
We designed and developed a completely new website that clearly showcases Launchpad’s services, values and community impact. Alongside the main site, we built a fully integrated online shop, allowing the team to sell products, manage stock and process orders through a simple content management system. The website was designed to be accessible, mobile-friendly and easy to update, giving the team complete control over pages, news, events and shop content.
Outcomes
Launchpad now has a modern digital platform that supports both awareness and fundraising. The new website makes it easier for visitors to learn about the organisation, while the integrated shop provides a new income stream to help support their work. With an intuitive content management system, the team can confidently manage the website themselves, ensuring content remains fresh and up to date.
